Delivery and collection
We offer a delivery service subject to availability. An additional charge will be required for delivery calculated on the distance. Please phone us or email us for an exact quote. Alternatively your cake or sweet treats can be boxed up ready for collection from DY8 4ET.
A deposit of 30% will be required on order confirmation - this is a non refundable deposit to secure your order and date with us. The final balance will be required 4 weeks prior to the wedding or event or orders less than 4 weeks full payment will be required on order.
If you are considering us as your wedding cake designer or for an event then please contact us for a free consultation. A selection of samples will be available to taste and there will also be an opportunity to view some of our past designs. All consultations are by appointment only and will be at HQ in DY8 4ET.
Allergies/ special dietary requirements
Where possible we will try and accommodate any dietary requirements. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate your order.
We will try and accommodate any alteration to your order and where an additional charge is incurred this must be paid in full 4 weeks prior to the event. All alterations must be confirmed in writing.
For cancellations more than 4 weeks before the wedding/event the deposit is non refundable and any work already undertaken will be charged. Any cancellations 4 weeks or less before full payment will be required.
Cake stand hire
We have a range of cake stands and cupcake stands for hire. `Please contact us for prices. All stand hire will require a refundable deposit, which you will receive once the stand has been returned in its original condition.
Glassware Hire and Props
We hire out a range of our glassware and table decorations. From vintage glass plates to bon bon jars. Please contact us for a quote. All hired equipment will require a despot which will be refundable once the items have returned in the same condition.
